The MCD3000 EV-DO modem is based on the USB standard that is available in every laptop, desktop, and tablet PC that is manufactured.  As the notebook world of today migrates toward new standards, the MCD3000 gives users the capability of using the modem through their USB port. It has an advanced dual band diversity antenna system design that incorporates an external flip antenna, maximizing data speed performance and allowing for stronger network signal reception.
