Novatel Wireless manufactures embedded modules that allow conectivity to CDMA and W-CDMA networks.

Novatel Wireless Expedite modules have been designed into leading laptop models since Spring 2006.

Technical Support
The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) provide primary support for the embedded modules.

Novatel provides support to OEMs via their account managers. If OEMs are unable to resolve issues, the issues will be escalated to the appropriate group inside Novatel.

For software downloads, warranty repair or any other technical questions, please contact your OEM for first level technical support. Novatel Wireless' operator partners and OEMs will escalate any repair requests or modem identified issues to Novatel Wireless.
